As a Criminal Justice Team Leader, you will play an integral role in ensuring an effective service provision, creating a focused culture, engaging staff, and providing leadership, support, and development to a wide range of staff. This role is based in Bromley and is full time (37.5 hours per week). The salary range is £35,220.59 - £37,184.91, with Outer London Weighting of £2,195.72 and pro rata payment for part-time hours. The contract type is Permanent.

Responsibilities
* Operational line management of recovery workers, including supervision, appraisal, performance and sickness management, and ensuring staff follow CGL and external policies applicable to their roles.
* Empower staff to promote hope, empowerment, choices, control, and opportunities that help service users reach their full potential.
* Work with your team and Designated Safeguarding Lead to ensure practices identify service users, children and families at risk.
* Ensure staff are competent in delivering interventions that reduce risk to service users.
* Provide timely feedback to improve service user outcomes through observed practice.
* Support clinical and frontline staff with client interventions, coordinating with the clinical team to ensure safe and effective pathways.
* Lead on operational delivery of interventions, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices, harm reduction, and trauma-informed approaches.
About you
* Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience.
* Experience in developing and leading health and social care services with high performance and quality standards.
* Ability to lead, inspire and develop a team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
