The Technical Administrator will provides general administrative support to the clients Rotating Equipment Engineering Department. Designing the future. Transforming the world P&E offers a wide range of opportunities which will allow you to develop your skills across a portfolio of onshore projects in different sectors. Our current portfolio includes green hydrogen and fuel switching, as well as supporting local clients with energy transition. Additionally, we work on UK refineries, petrochemical facilities, fine chemicals and pharmaceutical facilities. We have a number of clients who we are working with to design their pilot plants to test exciting new technologies, with a view to partnering with them as they move to design and build full scale commercial facilities. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Performs full clerical and administrative duties involving typing reports. Will be responsible for the day-to-day management of certification Has basic knowledge of SAP (full training will be given) Reviewing up-coming work scopes and ensuring alignment with SAP Requires an understanding of the content departmental operations and procedures Organises and maintains files of groups correspondence, records etc. and follows up pending matters Schedules appointments and coordinates arrangements for meetings Prints, organises and prepares information for meeting Organises and expedites flow of work through office and initiates follow up action Support in collecting information and data for reporting Populates templates and creates documents General office housekeeping activities as required Qualifications What makes you remarkable?
