About the Role:
1. Support a young person in preparing for GCSE exams across key subjects.
2. Focus on developing functional skills and building confidence ahead of exams.
3. Provide personalised, flexible teaching that meets the learner where they are.
4. 1:1 sessions, either in-person (on-site) or online, depending on the needs of the student.
5. Build a strong, trusting relationship to support both academic progress and emotional well-being.
You Might Be:
6. A qualified secondary teacher looking to step away from the classroom.
7. A subject specialist with strong GCSE knowledge and a passion for helping young people succeed.
8. Someone with experience or understanding of supporting learners with SEMH, autism, ADHD, or other additional needs.
