Working pattern: Hybrid (blend of home and office:based working). Office in Southend:on:Sea, Essex.

Key responsibilities of Locum EHC coordinator:
The post:holder will act as the first point of contact for an allocated caseload of either:
* New EHC assessments (approximately 40:60 cases at any one time), or
* Existing EHC plans (approximately 200:240 cases)

Requirements of EHCP Coordinator:
* Proven local authority experience within an EHC/SEND function (essential)
* Ability to draft high:quality, legally compliant EHC plans in line with internal quality assurance processes
* Experience managing complex statutory caseloads within required time:frames
