Now we're seeking a commercially driven E-Commerce Manager to join our team. This is a critical time for our business, and we need a hands-on, analytical and agile e-commerce expert to help us execute trading and promotional activity across all digital channels, both in the UK and overseas.
What You'll Do:
* Manage day-to-day trading of the UK ecommerce site, including performance monitoring, conversion optimisation, and campaign execution.
* Trading & Performance Optimisation: Monitor and analyse key trading metrics (conversion rate, AOV, basket size) to drive performance and support decision-making.
* Promotional Campaign Execution: Support the planning and delivery of peak trading campaigns (Black Friday, Christmas, January Sale), ensuring alignment with wider brand plans.
* Cross-Channel Coordination: Collaborate with creative, CRM, and paid media functions to ensure consistent promotional messaging across all digital touchpoints.
* Site Content & Merchandising: Manage site updates, merchandising and category optimisation to reflect campaign activity and maximise conversion.
* Customer Journey & CX Alignment: Partner with operations and customer service to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience during high-volume trading periods.
* Contribute to the ongoing development and optimisation of the ecommerce platform, with a focus on improving UX, conversion, and site functionality.
* Performance Reporting & Insights: Deliver weekly trading reports and campaign performance analysis, sharing insights to guide further optimisations.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in an e-commerce trading or digital marketing role (ideally 4 years+), within a fast-paced DTC or FMCG brand.
* Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of online trading levers and customer behaviour.
* Experience managing online stores and using Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo (or similar tools), and Meta/Google Ads reporting.
* Ability to interpret data, spot trends, and make informed trading decisions quickly.
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills – comfortable working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
