Justice Worker - Justice Pathways Service
Grindlay Court Social Work Centre
Salary: £33, - £39,
Hours: 36 per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Justice Worker with a particular interest in Trauma Informed Practice, Early Intervention and Groupwork to join the Justice Pathways Service (JPS). The overall remit of the team is to deliver a service that is responsive to the risks and needs of men affected by complex trauma and/or substance use.
Key responsibilities of the Justice Worker relate primarily to our Bail Supervision scheme, which is intended to provide a robust and credible alternative to remand in custody, whereby people accused or convicted of an offence (or offences) are assessed as requiring a level of supervision, monitoring, and support to adhere to bail conditions.
