Training Manager
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Due to continued growth and expansion we are currently looking to recruit a Training Manager to join our business in Ashbourne on a permanent basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a fully qualified Training Manager to oversee and propel the development of our training centre. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the [Highways & Construction field], with certifications in Lantra, HTCA, and NPORS, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and best practices.
* Training Program Development: Collaborate with the Directors to design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of our clients and the industry.
* Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions and workshops, ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge and skills to participants. Utilize innovative instructional techniques and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
* Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their training requirements and objectives to deliver customized solutions that exceed expectations.
* Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance measures to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve their content and delivery methods.
* Compliance and Certification: Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards, ensuring that training programs align with legal requirements and certifications.
* Business Development: Drive the growth of the training business through proactive marketing efforts, client acquisition strategies, and the development of new training offerings.
Experience and Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
* Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role
* Certification in Lantra, HTCA, and NPORS, or equivalent qualifications.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
