The Role
This firm are seeking to recruit a Real Estate Partner to join their growing team based from their Macclesfield office.
The real estate department in this firm is the largest team throughout the practice. The firms clients are national, ranging from local business clients across the North-West to big ticket city businesses. They boast a broad range of sector specialisms including retail, leisure, sports, healthcare and more. This department is well geared for sector specialists, or senior lawyers with broader practices.
The fee-earners in the department cover the entire spectrum of Real Estate work which traditionally include:
* Acquisitions & disposals
* Portfolio management
* Corporate support
* Real Estate Finance
The team is well supported by the administration team who are well versed across all matters real estate. For any fee-earner coming into the team, you will have an experienced team surrounding and supporting you.
Requirements
* You will have 5 years' experience running your own matters
* You will have worked on a broad range of real estate matters
* You will work well within a team
