Responsibilities
* Hands on day to day cleaning activities - Bakery, Facilities and Perimeter
* To work with the Hygiene Team Leaders when investigating problems and contributing ideas towards a solution
* To provide input into the continuous improvement of departmental policies and procedures
* Maintenance of cleaning standards with no complaints or swab failure. To highlight immediately any potential problems or contamination threats and to implement corrective actions
* Minimise pest control issues, reflected in the monthly pest control inspection
Requirements
* Proven experience in hygiene best practice is required
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Good physical stamina, as the role is very physically demanding
* A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques
