Senior Marketing Analyst

A fast-growing, customer-focused organisation is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join their data team. This is a high-impact role, working closely with Marketing, Customer, and Product teams to turn data into actionable insights, optimise campaigns, and drive business growth.
You’ll be responsible for understanding customer behaviour across digital platforms and marketing channels, analysing performance, and shaping personalised experiences that increase engagement and retention. The role offers autonomy, exposure to a wide range of marketing disciplines, and the opportunity to make real commercial impact.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Analyse customer behaviour and marketing performance to uncover insights that influence strategy.
* Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools.
* Deliver pre/post campaign and test analysis
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, track results, and identify areas for optimisation.
* Support forecasting and budgeting with data-driven recommendations.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in a Data Analyst role with a marketing, growth, customer and/or subscription focus.
* Experience working with messy, fragmented data sets.
* Strong SQL skills, able to explore, transform, and validate complex datasets independently.
* Experience with GA4/GTM would be beneficially, but not essential - training can be provided.
* Confident creating dashboards and visualisations in PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.
* Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
* Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence stakeholders across teams.
* Self-starter and proactive !!
