Key Safe and Alarm Fitter/ Installer/ Handy person role at Viewber - Viewings, Property Visits, Marketing & more. Freelance/key safe and alarm fitter required to carry out local installations in their spare time.
Responsibilities
• Carry out local installations for key safes and alarms as requested. • Install standard hardware (e.g., Masterlock 5401D) where applicable and supply required where instructed. • Fit smoke and heat alarms as part of service offerings. • Accept, reject or counteroffer appointment invitations as appropriate. • Travel within agreed radius and complete tasks to client specifications.
Pay and Benefits
Pay is offered per appointment and shown on the invitation. Example payments include: £48 (plus VAT if registered) for key safe installations (including supply) and £68 (plus VAT if registered) for fitting one smoke and one heat alarm (including supply). Viewber pays on a freelance basis with flexible scheduling.

Eligibility requirements
You will need:
* Relevant experience and equipment.
* Punctuality, reliability, and comfort working alone.
* Fluency in English (verbal and written).
* Proof of Public Liability Insurance Certificate with at least £1 million cover.
