Are you organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're looking for a Warehouse Administrator to support the smooth flow of goods across our operation, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency at every stage. This is a key role within the team, supporting both production and customer fulfilment.
You'll play an important role in keeping our warehouse running seamlessly-overseeing the receipt, movement, storage, and dispatch of materials while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Using systems such as a Warehouse Management System and Sage, you'll help ensure stock is accurate, and production teams always have what they need.
Overview of duties
Ensure that Printing, Converting, and other manufacturing departments receive the correct raw materials and packaging on time.
Monitor supply levels frequently to prevent delays to manufacturing schedules.
Maintain accurate records and follow all system and paperwork processes.
Complete goods-in tasks, record supplier deliveries, book in production output, and ensure material consumption is logged correctly.
Build and update sub-products within the system where required.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong attention to detail and confidence maintaining accurate records
Experience in a warehouse, stock, or production support environment
Good working knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS, Sage or similar)
