Technical Project Manager (f/m/d)
Reporting directly to the Technical & Training Manager, the Technical Project Manager will serve as a single point of contact for our Qlear customers. The Technical PM will be involved from when opportunities are first identified, partnering with the commercial owner to frame the project and present to internal stakeholders for approval.
How You'll Make An Impact
* Lead multiple high‑value, high‑impact Bioquell Qlear Projects from opportunity to final sign‑off
* Continuously focus on maximizing customer satisfaction
* Deliver exceptional levels of service to both internal and external stakeholders
* Define project timelines and deliverables, coordinating all project activities and communication throughout implementation
* Manage communication and coordinate with the customer and third parties (OEMs, builders, contractors…)
* Ensure successful execution of projects including post‑project formal feedback and close‑out
Qualifications
* Experienced project manager required
* Ideally have construction industry experience or an engineering background
* Excellent communication skills, including a strong level of written English
* High level of computer literacy, including MS Office packages
* Demonstrable ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining standards
* Robust personality to deal with difficult/pressurized situations
* Ability to interpret and communicate technical information, including mechanical and electrical diagrams, remotely
* Excellent attention to detail and written skills, with proven capability to multitask
* Experience working in a highly pressurized, time‑bound technical environment
* A passionate belief in exemplary customer service
* An energetic and positive team player
* Extremely personable, outgoing and resilient
* Strong administrative experience and detail‑focused
* Exceptional at building and maintaining relationships
