Experienced Part 2 Archtectural Assistant

Salary: £29-36,000
An award-winning, employee-owned architectural design studio is seeking an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their vibrant and collaborative London studio. With a strong design ethos and a reputation for delivering high-quality, sustainable architecture, the practice works across a broad range of sectors including residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the day-to-day running of medium and large-scale projects.
Support Associates and team members in delivering projects across all RIBA work stages.
Lead aspects of technical design, detailing and drawing packages.
Produce high-quality drawings, 3D models and visuals that enhance design proposals.
Communicate effectively with consultants and contractors and lead specific design elements.
Demonstrate initiative and strong organisational skills to manage workflow and deliverables.
Skills and Experience:
RIBA Part 1 and Part 2 qualified (BArch and MArch)
Proven experience working on UK-based residential and mixed-use projects.
Strong understanding and experience across all RIBA work stages, particularly Stages 2-4.
Demonstrated skills in technical detailing, package development and project delivery.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Comfortable liaising directly with external consultants and contractors.
Team-oriented with a collaborative and proactive approach.
Eligible to work in the UK.
