Description
Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
Manage and organise documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments effectively via phone calls.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
Support team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Ensure efficient communication within the organisation and with external stakeholders.Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as will be on the phone to customers.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
