Temporary basis!
We are seeking an experienced Duct Pair to join a project in Farnborough, working on the installation of spiral ductwork systems for fan coil units and toilet extract systems. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in duct installation and be available to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
1. Installation of Spiral Ductwork: Fabricate and install spiral ductwork connecting fan coil units and toilet extract systems as per the project design specifications.
2. Collaboration with Site Teams: Work closely with the site supervisors and other trades to ensure timely and safe completion of ductwork installations.
3. Measurement and Cutting: Measure, cut, and assemble the ductwork as per required dimensions and safety standards.
4. Quality Control: Ensure all work complies with local building codes, health & safety regulations, and company quality standards.
5. Site Safety: Follow all site health and safety regulations and report any unsafe conditions to the site manager.
Requirements:
6. Valid British Passport: Due to site access restrictions, candidates must possess a British passport.
7. Experience: Proven experience in installing and working with spiral ductwork. Previous experience in fan coil unit and toilet extract system installations is desirable.
8. Tools: Own tools are preferred, although necessary tools can be provided.
9. Safety Certification: Valid CSCS card or equivalent for working on construction sites.
10. Physical Fitness: Role requires manual handling and the ability to work in various site conditions.
11. Availability: Immediate start, with at least a 3-week commitment. The contract duration may be extended based on project progress.

12. Location: The job is based in Farnborough and will require working on-site.
13. Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday. Overtime may be available depending on project needs.
14. Pay: Competitive pay rates, dependent on experience.
