The Print & Packaging People (3P Direct Ltd) are looking for a full time permanent Sales Coordinator to join our UKPackaging ecommerce team. We are looking for someone with customer service or sales experience. UKPackaging is one of the largest packaging ecommerce websites in the UK, offering over 2000 packaging products from stock, with next day delivery available on orders placed before 5pm. Key Responsibilities: *Dealing with incoming telephone and emailed customer service enquiries and responding in a timely manner. *Processing incoming ecommerce orders from the website and Amazon, liaising with our warehouse, courier and suppliers, you will be required to keep customers informed any stock or delivery issues. *Raising purchase orders to suppliers for any non-stock items or direct deliveries. *A good telephone manner, organised nature and ability to develop relationships with suppliers and customers is very important. *Competent IT skills are essential, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Experience using Sage 200 Accounts is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided in all aspects of the role, including products, systems and software. 30 days holiday including bank holidays Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (38.75 hours per week)
