Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations : Reading, Havant, Cardiff or Perth

You will
* Capture, analyse, and document functional, technical, and non‑functional requirements through workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder engagement, translating needs into clear technical specifications and solution designs.
* Work closely with Product Owners, developers, infrastructure, and cross‑functional teams within an Agile environment to support backlog refinement, prioritisation, and delivery.
* Perform application and infrastructure impact assessments, identifying dependencies, risks, constraints, and opportunities across systems, platforms, and environments.
* Support application and platform lifecycle activities including onboarding, upgrades, configuration changes, testing (system integration and non‑functional), and production readiness.
* Produce technical documentation, impact assessments, and stakeholder reports, and analyse existing systems and processes to recommend scalable, secure, and resilient improvements.
You have
* Proven experience as a Technical Analyst or Product Analyst delivering complex IT initiatives involving applications, platforms, and infrastructure.
* Strong understanding of application management, system integration, and infrastructure concepts, across on‑premise and/or cloud environments.
* Solid knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
* Experience producing technical designs, interface specifications, and non‑functional requirements, with the ability to assess complex architectures.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non‑technical audiences.
