Key Responsibilities:
* You’ll ensure site-based Lifetime Quality Records (LTQR) activities are executed in line with approved project procedures and quality requirements.
* You’ll compile, review, and submit LTQR deliverables in alignment with the defined scope of work and project expectations.
* You’ll manage the distribution of documents, both electronic and hard copy, maintaining full end-to-end configuration control.
* You’ll assist in the production of LTQR handover packs, supporting key project milestones.
* You’ll support Area LTQR Coordinators in ensuring that accurate and complete records are submitted for work packages as per contractual obligations.
* You’ll review LTQRs for accuracy and adequacy of content, contributing to the compilation of complete and traceable lifetime records.
* You’ll prepare data reports and document status summaries for the LTQR Manager as required.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
* You have a strong sense of structure and accuracy — you thrive in environments where quality and detail matter.
* You have a collaborative mindset, able to work closely with LTQR Coordinators, Discipline Leads, and site teams.
* You’re familiar with document control, metadata management, and electronic records tracking.
* You’re proactive and organised — you don’t wait for someone to chase you; you stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Essential:
* You have excellent IT skills, particularly with electronic document management systems (EDMS) and metadata tagging.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience using EDMS automation systems for LTQR control and records tracking.
* You have proven experience managing both electronic and physical documentation, including version control and distribution.
Desirable:
* A discipline-specific qualification (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, etc.) is preferred.
* Experience working on major infrastructure projects.
* Familiarity with nuclear industry standards and processes is a plus.
* Previous involvement in Alliance Agreement projects is beneficial.
What we offer:

* A competitive salary
* 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
* The chance to work on one of the UK’s most ambitious nuclear projects
