Job Title: Apprenticeship Skills Tutor in Business and Management Type of Business: Public Sector Location: Rotherham and Worksop (with subsidised travel and hybrid working) Type of Contract: Permanent Salary: Up to 31,264 Start Date: ASAP Hours: 37 GI Group are now seeking to appoint an Apprenticeships Skills Tutor in Business and Management to our public sector client based in Rotherham and Worksop. This would be a cross-college role working in both Rotherham and Worksop locations with subsidised travel where applicable. The Apprenticeship Skills Tutor in Business and Management will teach and coach learners across Level 2, 3 and 5 of Business and Management. Main Duties of the Apprenticeship Skills Tutor in Business and Management: Design, develop and deliver highly inspirational teaching sessions Provide coaching and skills support through developmental feedback Conduct regular tripartite reviews with the apprentice line manager/mentor and apprentice Support a caseload of apprentices through onsite workplace visits in the creation of showcase evidence such as observations, reflective accounts, witness testimonies, professional discussions and any further evidence to support EPA requirements, this evidence will be documented within the e-portfolio OneFile. Set achievable tasks and provide support throughout the apprentice journey, including assisting the apprentice to be prepared for any functional skills assessments.
