Fixed Term 8 Months
We are looking for a full time, registered community physiotherapist on a fixed term basis to join our physiotherapy team at the Rothesay Victoria Hospital, Isle of Bute.
The successful candidate will join our team of professionals working to support the community of Bute.
They will work closely together with other members of the multi-disciplinary team to improve our community services, prevent hospital admissions and support people to be discharged home following their hospital stay.
This post will enable delivery of physiotherapy assessments and interventions to provide person-centred support and help maximise individual’s function and independence within their own home.
You will be expected to expertly manage a caseload to provide a full service of assessment, appropriate management, onward referral and discharge to a range of patients referred.
This post may involve clinic and home visits in remote and rural areas therefore a current driving licence is an essential requirement of this post. However, if you have a disability which precludes you from holding a driving licence consideration will be given if alternative transport can be arranged.
