Job Title: Supported Living Worker - CQC Accommodation Based
Location: Hull
Salary: £12.60 per hour (£24,638 per annum [pro rata]) and benefits including Health Cash Plan
About the Role
Join our team as a Supported Living Worker, supporting customers with support needs to develop independence in our rated Outstanding CQC service. You will help customers achieve their goals and improve their lives daily.
Responsibilities
1. Assist customers with practical daily tasks such as cooking, shopping, budgeting, and maintaining their tenancy.
2. Support attendance at appointments, hobbies, interests, college, or work.
3. Help with personal care and medication as outlined in support plans.
4. Conduct risk assessments, support planning, and review customer progress.
5. Build trusting relationships through regular chats and support sessions.
Requirements
* Level 2 or above in social care or willingness to work towards it.
* Experience caring for others, either professionally or personally.
* Ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and be resilient.
* Flexible and attentive to individual customer needs.
* Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (paid for by us).
Additional Details
Part-time role, 16 hours per week, including late shifts, sleep-ins, and weekends. Flexibility required to meet customer needs. Use of technology for support plans and online learning is essential.
