Data Analytics Manager - Heartwood Collection Data Analytics Manager The Role We are looking for an ambitious and analytically minded Data Analytics Manager to lead the development of a best-in-class data and reporting capability across the Group. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director, Rooms Director, Executive Team and senior stakeholders across the business. Your focus will be on transforming complex data into clear, actionable insight that supports both day-to-day trading and long-term decision making. This is a high-impact role within a private equity-backed growth business, offering the opportunity to shape how data is used across the organisation and to influence strategic outcomes. The role is based at our Head Office in Teddington, conveniently located next to the station.
