Fabrication manager

Fabrication Manager Lisburn Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client based in Lisburn, to recruit a Fabrication Manager. As the successful Fabrication Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of quality fabricated steel throughout the business. You will support the coordination of the teams within the fabrication lines, working safely & timely to deliver quality products, as detailed in the Client Specifications, on target & to budget. What We Require: You will have proven experience in a fabrication managerial role. You will have strong knowledge of welding techniques, including stick welding and sheet metal fabrication. You will have excellent mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. You will have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. You will have attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. You will have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining safety standards. Full Job Spec Available upon application.
