Located in Hessle, our friendly and well-established store is looking for an experienced Optical Assistant who is confident, enthusiastic, and ready to make a real impact. You’ll be joining a supportive team where development and teamwork are truly valued.

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
* Previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant
* Confidence dispensing up to multifocal level
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong teamwork skills and a positive, proactive attitude
* Confidence using IT systems
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* The confidence to step outside your comfort zone and try new things
* Openness to feedback and a desire to learn and develop — with our support, your progression opportunities are endless
