As a Private Shopping Department Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and leading our team of Private Shopping Assistants to deliver an outstanding client journey from start to finish. About the Role This is a people-first leadership role where success is defined by the success of your team and the experiences they create for our clients. You will: Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of Private Shopping Assistants, ensuring they reach their full potential Set clear expectations, standards, and vision to drive both service excellence and commercial success Oversee the seamless execution of the end-to-end client journey, ensuring a consistently exceptional experience Partner with the Private Shopping Manager to review capacity and optimise team structure across business units Identify and nurture talent, supporting both internal development and external hiring where needed Curate engaging training and development opportunities, collaborating with central learning teams and brand partners Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and client service This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.
