* Monitor daily student attendance and punctuality, following up on absences in line with safeguarding procedures.
* Liaise with parents/carers, support services, and pastoral teams to improve attendance outcomes.
* Maintain and update attendance databases, generating reports for senior leadership.
* Support the implementation of attendance strategies across the school.
Requirements
* Previous experience in an attendance, administrative, or pastoral role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
* Understanding of safeguarding and school attendance legislation (desirable).
