Salary: £76,000 - 104,000 per year Requirements: Demonstrable experience in technical engineering or systems support role. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, firewalls). Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, endpoint management and modern device provisioning. Knowledge of security best practices including MFA, conditional access, patching, encryption and monitoring tools. Experience supporting users across distributed, multi-site environments. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills, especially when translating technical concepts for non-technical colleagues. Responsibilities: Maintain, improve and support our technology estate. Provide hands-on technical assistance and service-focused support to colleagues with varied levels of technical experience. Ensure systems remain available, compliant and high-performing. Manage infrastructure and systems effectively. Support cloud and application services. Address security and compliance requirements. Deliver operational support and service delivery. Participate in project delivery related to systems enhancements.
