Deputy Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager based in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan, to work across two of our services, The Willows and The Ivy.

What you’ll be doing:
9. Work alongside the service manager & staff members to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
10. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of support workers.
11. Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being and independent living.
12. Be part of an on-call system
13. Working within residential/Respite settings with adults who have Learning disabilities and/or complex needs.
14. Whilst behaviours can sometimes be challenging, for a select few, this is a rewarding role where no two days are the same.
Who you are:
15. You have a QCF level 3 or equivalent in Health & Social Care, and willingness/ability to work towards QCF Level 4 in Health and Social Care.
16. Experience with electronic systems and processing programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
17. You will be trustworthy, reliable, with the ability to communicate effectively.
