Overview
As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in partnering with the Business to attract and acquire top talent. You will lead a team to spearhead our strategic recruitment initiatives within our technology departments. You will drive the full recruitment lifecycle for specialist roles utilising various recruitment channels to source diverse and high quality candidates whilst keeping abreast of industry trends and best practice. Driving the recruitment process, you will ensure alignment with our recruitment strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our recruitment strategy, drive broader talent initiatives, and play a pivotal role in shaping the company\'s workforce. This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
Responsibilities
* Designing and implementing innovative recruitment campaigns tailored to technology professionals, ensuring alignment with our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and wider recruitment principles.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal managers and external agencies, providing expert advice on recruitment strategies and best practices.
* Leading and developing a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of creativity, self-development, and excellence.
* Utilising data and insights to enhance the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
* Ensuring all recruitment activities adhere to GDPR, employment legislation, and Business policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* Experience in recruiting technology professionals.
* Ability to manage or lead a recruitment team.
* In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices.
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
* Expertise in designing and implementing effective recruitment campaigns.
* Familiarity with recruitment technologies and platforms.
* Analytical skills for data-driven recruitment decisions.
