We are currently partnering with a reputable organisation based in Southport, who are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their growing team on a five-month temporary basis.
This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of c.£17.30 umbrella and is due to start immediately.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Managing high volumes of client queries, liaising with suppliers
2. Processing high volumes of invoices
3. Reconciling accounts and supplier statements
4. Utilising Excel to manage the Accounts Payable ledger
Experience required:
5. Experience required within Accounts Payable
6. Intermediate Excel capabilities including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
Working hours:
7. 37.5 hours per week
8. Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm/8am-4pm
