The Role
Working closely with Financial Planners, Administrators and fellow Paraplanners, you will play a key role in delivering a high‑quality financial planning service to an established and loyal client base.
This is a varied and technical role offering exposure to complex cases, financial planning strategies and ongoing adviser support.
Key responsibilities include:
* Analysing client circumstances, objectives and risk profiles
* Conducting pension, investment and protection research
* Reviewing existing arrangements and suitable recommendations
* Preparing suitability reports and recommendation letters
* Supporting advisers with annual reviews and client meetings
* Assisting with technical queries and case progression
* Maintaining accurate client records and compliance documentation
* Keeping up to date with regulatory and industry developments
About You
* Previous experience working within a Paraplanning role
* Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards)
* Strong technical knowledge across pensions and investments
* Excellent report writing and communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Professional, proactive and team‑oriented approach
