As an Apprentice Tech Support Advisor in the customer service space, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our ProService platform's customers, communicating with customers through online chats, resolving their queries, and ensuring that they have a positive experience
This is a dynamic and expanding team where your contributions will be highly valued and recognised, allowing you to showcase your work and advance as the team naturally grows. The role is hybrid-based, where you'll be able to reap the benefits of a supportive office environment and hold regular check-ins, team meetings and catch ups.
What do you bring?
As this is an apprenticeship, you’ll split your working week between on-the-job tasks and an education-based course that will support an overall qualification of Level 3 Business Administration. In order to be considered for this apprenticeship, you'll need to have achieved a Grade C/4 in both Maths and English at GCSE level.
* Someone who is a great communicator and has a background in customer service.
* An interest in tech as a function is advantageous.
* Able to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
