Learner Attraction & Partnership Coordinator Salary: £24,457 - £25,503 Location: York and North Yorkshire (Hybrid working) Contract: Fixed Term - 3 months (covering long‑term absence) Hours: Full time About the role We are seeking a friendly, organised and community‑focused Learner Attraction & Partnership Coordinator to support learner recruitment and partnership activity across York and North Yorkshire. This fixed‑term role plays a vital part in maintaining strong local relationships and ensuring learners can access the opportunities they need to develop skills and progress. Working closely with the Learner Attraction & Partnership Manager and wider delivery teams, you will help sustain and grow local referral partnerships, support learner attraction activity, and organise community‑based enrolment events. What you'll be doing Support, develop and maintain strong local referral partnerships within communities Act as a key point of contact for partners, promoting our learning provision and opportunities Identify learner needs and feed intelligence into curriculum planning with internal teams Support learner attraction activity by using partner knowledge and relationships to generate enrolments Organise and run community‑based enrolment events in local venues Follow agreed contact plans to help achieve and grow learner enrolments Track partnership activity and support lead generation and campaign outcomes What we're looking for Experience & knowledge Experience of building and maintaining local partner or customer relationships A strong customer‑service background Confidence supporting learners through an enrolment or engagement journey Experience promoting services or opportunities to potential users or partners The Legal Bit If you are successful, Protocol is required to see evidence of your Right to Work in the UK; in addition to you applying for an enhanced DBS Certificate should you not already hold a suitable certificate registered on the DBS Update Service.
