This is a high-impact role combining strategic HR business partnering with ownership of HR systems, administration, and process optimisation. Acting as a trusted partner to multiple senior stakeholders across diverse business areas, youll also lead central HR servicesensuring our processes, systems, and employee experience are robust, efficient, and fit for a workforce of over 1,300 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Senior stakeholders across sourcing, commercial finance, IT, and manufacturing to provide expert HR guidance and support
Lead and develop the central HR administration and onboarding team (3 direct reports)
Oversee and optimise various HR systems including, with a focus on integration and efficiency improvements
