We are seeking an organised and professional Wills & Probate Secretary to join our team and provide vital secretarial and administrative support to Fee Earners within our busy Wills & Probate department. Key Responsibilities: Drafting and preparing correspondence and legal documents, including Wills, Deeds, Court papers, Powers of Attorney, OCP, and other tax forms. Completing closure forms for investments under the supervision of a Fee Earner. Providing day-to-day administrative and secretarial support in an efficient and professional manner. About You: Previous experience in a legal secretary role, ideally within Wills & Probate. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and document preparation. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage a varied workload. What We Offer: Competitive salary package (£25,000 – £29,000, dependent on experience). Supportive working environment with a friendly team.
