Your Role
As a core member of our Bath team, you will handle a true variety of technical work:
* Diagnostics & Repairs: Use modern diagnostic equipment to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve vehicle and electrical faults accurately.
* Servicing & Maintenance: Carry out routine vehicle servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to strict manufacturer standards.
* MOT Testing: Conduct official MOT inspections (or train to do so) to guarantee safety-critical compliance.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, maintaining the premium quality our customers have rightly come to expect.
* Collaboration: Work as an enthusiastic team player under minimum supervision to meet daily workshop targets.
What You Need
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent NVQ/City & Guilds).
* Licensing: A full, current UK driving licence is essential.
* Experience: Ideally at least two years of experience working in a busy, high-quality workshop environment.
* MOT Certification: An MOT tester licence is desirable, but for the right candidate, we will fully fund and support your MOT training.
* Attributes: Presentable, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to maintain excellent attention to detail.
