We’re looking for a friendly, organised and experienced SERVICE ADVISOR to join a busy workshop team in a brand-affiliated HGV / LCV Service Centre.
If you’ve fulfilled the role before, in either a car or commercial dealership, enjoy helping customers, staying on top of details, and keeping a fast‑moving schedule running smoothly, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing
* Welcoming customers and capturing accurate details and fault descriptions
* Taking phone bookings and loading jobs into the workshop system
* Scheduling work to keep the workshop running efficiently
* Creating job cards and ensuring all documents are correct and complete
* Keeping customers updated on their vehicle’s progress
* Updating customer records when needed
* Handing vehicles back and explaining completed work clearly
* Monitoring repair timelines and keeping things on track
* Promoting after‑sales services, including Service Contracts
* Handling customer payments
* Booking vehicles in to support steady workflow
* Giving guidance on warranties, service needs, and legal test requirements
* Arranging MOTs and inspection schedules

Mon–Fri 07:00–16:00 or 09:00–18:00 (30‑min unpaid lunch) + Sat 08:00–13:00 on rota
