Attention all P6 Planners!
Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a P6 Planner to join a global engineering consultancy, in a contract position outside IR35. In this role you will be required to work 5 days a week in our clients Newcastle office. This is a great opportunity to work on a range of Oil & Gas and Maritime projects.
-Competitive day rate ranging from £400-£425 (depending on experience).
Key Responsibilities:
-Create and manage project schedules using Primavera P6.
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather schedule inputs.
-Monitor progress, update forecasts, and perform critical path analysis.
-Produce schedule reports and dashboards for internal and client use.
-Support schedule change management and documentation control.
What we are looking for:
-Must have experience working on Oil & Gas and/or Maritime projects.
-Extensive knowledge and experience using P6 Primavera.
-Proven experience in infrastructure, engineering, or construction projects.
-Strong communicator with attention to detail and time management skills.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs.
-Scheduling or project management certifications (e.g., PMI-SP, AACE PSP) are a plus.
