Seasonal Chef De Partie – Hotel - Jersey
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef de partie to join the kitchen team at this luxury hotel in Jersey. This role is to start asap until November though could be extended. As a seasonal chef de partie you will support the other CDP's and team, assisting in running various sections as well as supporting the Head Chef. The exceptional a la carte restaurant menu showcases modern British cooking in a classic setting with the emphasis on fresh Jersey produce.

Salary basic of between £41,700-£42,900
£2,000-£3,000 in service charge

The Person
The ideal Chef De Partie will have the following:
Experience as a Commis or Demi Chef De Partie in a fine dining environment
Rosette experience preferred
versatile to manage all sections.
Impeccable standards with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
free to start asap for a 7 month contract- possibility of it becoming permanent
Available for a first stage telephone interview
Can make you own way to Jersey if successful
accommodation is not on site but support in securing local rental
