Job Description Join us as our Head of Vendor Management, where you’ll lead how we manage, govern, and optimise our third-party partnerships across Customer Care. You’ll be the point of authority on vendor performance, bringing clarity, pace, and commercial rigour to how we work with critical suppliers. Reporting to the Director of Global Planning & Insight, you’ll set the direction for vendor strategy, strengthen operational relationships, and ensure our partners deliver the service, value, and outcomes the business needs. You’ll balance day-to-day problem-solving with long-term improvement and act as a trusted voice to senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide visible leadership that drives strong vendor performance and accountability. Manage daily supplier relationships, resolving issues quickly and effectively. Maintain robust contracts and governance, ensuring compliance with policies and regulation. Oversee accurate financial reconciliation and reporting across supplier spend. Lead regular vendor reviews, driving improvements in service, value, and efficiency. Identify opportunities to optimise cost and performance across the contract lifecycle. Partner with senior stakeholders to support broader strategic initiatives. Qualifications Must-have requirements Significant experience in vendor or operations management within a complex, outsourced environment. Strong background in risk management, with proven experience in regulated industries. Ability to interpret and manage commercial contracts and performance regimes. Proven relationship-management skills with both suppliers and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical capability and attention to detail. Experience leading cross-functional work and taking ownership of outcomes. Nice-to-haves Knowledge of the gaming industry. Understanding of legal and compliance considerations, including IP and privacy.
