Key Responsibilities:
Position Overview: Submission Assistant
The 3 Month Fixed Term Temporary Submissions Assistant is responsible for managing and coordinating the submission of completed projects to ECO funders. This role involves close collaboration with retrofit coordinators and assessors to ensure that all necessary documentation and information are accurately and promptly submitted. The Submission Assistant plays a critical role in facilitating the smooth transfer of projects from completion to funding approval, supporting the overarching business objectives of the SCIS Group.
The role includes:
-Review completed project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
-Prepare and submit Retrofit projects to ECO funders, to adhere to strict regulations and requirements in a timely manner.
-Maintain organized records of all submissions and correspondence.
You should have:
-Excellent organisational skills with good time management.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Proven skills in analytical thinking, innovation, and problem-solving.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
