About the role
We're seeking a skilled Account & Resource Manager to serve as the bridge between our clients and consultant community, ensuring seamless project execution, consultant engagement and client satisfaction.
Our team is made up of class-leading operators, with our consultants deployed on projects worldwide where we support the growth of multiple global clients.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be a key player in supporting client accounts, managing consultant deployment, and contributing to commercial strategy across our global footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Client Success
* Coordinate consultant and client facing operations, ensuring agendas, preparation, and follow-ups are managed efficiently.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, our FLX consultant community, and other key stakeholders.
* Monitor account health, delivering continuous support to both clients and consultants.
* Identify and develop account growth opportunities across AJFLX's core service pillars.
Resource Management
* Oversee consultant deployment across projects, ensuring optimal alignment of skills, availability, and project needs.
* Collaborate with team leads to assess and fill resourcing gaps.
* Forecast upcoming resourcing demands and implement scalable allocation processes.
Strategic Business Support
* Act as a liaison between consultants, clients, and leadership to drive successful project outcomes.
* Provide insights and feedback to inform business development and client retention strategies.
* Partner with department heads to align services and enhance planning capabilities.
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in one or more of the following: Talent Acquisition Leadership, Account Management, Resource Planning, Talent Operations or Consulting Services.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. This is a outward facing role, liaising with clients, consultants and more on a daily basis!
* Strong organisational ability to juggle competing priorities and multiple work streams.
* Commercially aware, good business acumen with a track record of spotting and acting on growth opportunities.
* A client-centric approach and a passion for building and supporting high-performing teams.

We’ll be running straight forward 3-stage interview process for this position to ensure we find the right person for the team (and make sure we’re the right place for you)
Interview 1
a. Introduction and Q&A session with Alex, Co-Founder of AJFLX so you can find out as much as you need to about the company. Also gives us a chance to learn more about how you operate, your experience and who you are as a person.
Interview 2
a. Structured interview process with Kelly (Head of Operations) and Jason (Group COO) where they will look more into your ideas, work ethic, levels of autonomy and experience in more depth.
Interview 3
a. Final Interview with Alex (Co-Founder) & Steve (Co-Founder AJExec) where you’ll be asked to show us how you work in practice.
