confident and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistants to join our
team and work across all areas of our Food & Beverage department, with a
particular passion for bar service.
From crafting the perfect flat white to shaking up signature
cocktails, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional moments for our
guests across our Restaurant, Bar and Events spaces.

What you’ll be doing:
* Delivering
outstanding service across Restaurant, Bar and Events operations
* Providing
knowledgeable and engaging bar service
* Preparing
high-quality coffees and cocktails (barista and mixology skills are desirable
but not essential as training will be given)
* Ensuring
every guest receives a warm, professional and memorable experience
* Supporting
your team across all F&B areas to maintain seamless service
* Upholding
the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness and hospitality
What we’re looking for:
* Previous
experience in a bar environment (essential)
* Barista
and cocktail-making experience (highly desirable)
* A
natural flair for customer service with a friendly, professional approach
* A
team player who is flexible and happy to support across all F&B areas
* Excellent
communication skills and the ability to take direction
* A
positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
* Must
be over 18 years of age
