M4 Recruitment are seeking experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for PM shifts for our client in Colnbrook.This role is essential to ensuring efficient logistics and the timely transport of goods between depots and distribution centres.Shift & Start Times PM Shift #1: Between 14:00 16:00 startPM Shift #2: Between 19:00 22:00 startWorking Pattern Core working days: Friday, Saturday, and SundayAdditional shifts: May be offered during the week, depending on availabilityWeekly Hours & Pay 29 hours per week£687.97 per week (based on 29 hours worked)Competitive Pay Rates Weekdays (08:00 19:00): £19.00Weeknights (19:00 08:00): £21.71Overtime: £28.74 after 40 hours workedBank Holidays: £35.78Key Responsibilities Trunking Operations: Safely complete assigned trunking routes, ensuring timely deliveriesVehicle Inspections: Conduct pre- and post-trip checks, reporting any defectsSafety & Compliance: Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policiesDocumentation: Maintain accurate records, including delivery notes and logbooksCommunication: Keep the logistics team updated on delivery progress and any issuesProfessionalism: Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positivelyRequirements Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) LicenceMinimum 1 year of Class 1 driving experienceNo more than 6 points on licenceClean DBS checkLevel D / Cargo Operative training (can be completed online)5-year employment history for background verificationM4 Recruitment is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
