As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and professional Customer Care Advisor to join our friendly and dynamic team.

Summary

As a Customer Care Advisor at Ponko, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers both in person, via telephone and email. You'll be the first point of contact for many customers, ensuring every interaction is positive, helpful, and professional.

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday - 8am till 5:30pm

Friday's - 8am till 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver outstanding customer service across face-to-face, phone, and email channels
* Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
* Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth operations and quick resolution of issues
* Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
* Assist with administrative tasks related to customer care.
* Provide detailed information about vehicle features and warranties.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry tasks.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience in a customer service or customer care role (ideally in the vehicle or related industry)
* Motor trade experience (preferred)
* Confident, polite, and professional communication skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Good computer skills and attention to detail
* Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
* Basic data entry skills to maintain accurate records.
