Regional Marketing Manager
West / South West region - based from Bath or Chepstow

ICP has partnered with a well-established business in the live sports and events space to hire a Regional Marketing Manager.
This is a really exciting opportunity to join a consumer-facing sports business with a portfolio of high-profile venues and events across the UK. The business sits across sport, entertainment, hospitality and live experiences, and this role will play a key part in driving attendance, engagement and commercial performance across a regional venue portfolio.
They are looking for a commercially minded marketer who understands how to attract, engage and convert fans, visitors and live audiences. This role would suit someone coming from a sport, ticketed events, venue, leisure or fan-facing consumer business, with experience creating campaigns that drive real footfall and revenue. The remit in the underlying brief spans five racecourses in the region, line management of regional marketing executives, campaign ownership, content, digital channels, stakeholder management and budget responsibility.
The Role
As Regional Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing activity across a group of live venues, shaping and delivering campaigns that grow awareness, drive ticket sales, support hospitality revenue and strengthen local engagement.
This is a broad, hands-on role where you will work closely with venue leadership and central teams to bring each location’s calendar, audience and commercial opportunities to life.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver regional marketing campaigns across sport and live events
* Drive attendance, revenue and engagement across multiple venues
* Build local marketing plans tailored to each site and audience
* Oversee campaign delivery across digital, social, email, content and media
* Create and coordinate engaging marketing content across platforms
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing with commercial priorities
* Manage and support Marketing Executives within the region
* Monitor performance, analyse campaign results and identify improvements
* Help raise the local profile of venues and events through smart, targeted activity
What they’re looking for
* Experience in a similar marketing role, ideally at manager level
* A background in sport, live events, entertainment, leisure, hospitality or another fan-facing / consumer-facing environment
* Someone who understands how to market to fans, attendees, guests or visitor audiences
* Experience delivering campaigns that drive footfall, sales, engagement or bookings
* Strong digital marketing understanding across social, email, content and web
* Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
* Experience managing budgets
* Line management experience
* A creative but commercially minded approach
* Comfortable working across multiple sites and being present on location when needed
