Job Summary

The company is a luxury residential developer with properties in the UK and internationally. Its UK work is primarily based in London, with further projects in the South of France and Mauritius. Projects include substantial private residential properties with understated classic design and a contemporary twist. The business has a pipeline of exciting projects in the UK and abroad. The team is seeking an Interior Design Project Coordinator to support project administration, procurement, delivery and design implementation. This role offers exposure to high-end residential interiors and international project coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Work with interior design consultants while liaising with senior design, construction and leadership contacts
2. Create interior design implementation processes, including project schedules, specifications and supporting coordination documents
3. Liaise with interior trade suppliers, including account openings, trade pricing and required supplier information
4. Obtain quotations and invoices, raise purchase orders and organise payments for project requirements
5. Track all orders and assist with logistics for shipments across active interior design projects
6. Create and manage furnishing inventories, including purchases, item details, locations and project records
7. Prepare presentations of interior design proposals for senior review and project decision making
8. Assist with sourcing and making properties guest ready, including amenities, kitchen equipment and serve ware
Skills & Experience Required
9. Minimum two years of experience supporting administration, coordination or delivery of interior design projects
10. FF&E sourcing or procurement experience gained within interiors, construction or high-end residential environments
11. Highly organised and able to implement internal processes that support accurate project coordination
12. Able to assist with coordination and specification for large-scale, high-end residential projects
13. Excellent presentation and communication skills
14. Happy to be hands-on and liaise directly with suppliers, contractors and project contacts
15. Flexible approach with the ability to multitask across several active project coordination requirements
16. Understanding of English, French and Italian design styles, art, antiques or contemporary pieces would be beneficial
Salary & Benefits
17. Circa £38,000, flexible for the right candidate
