About the role
As a Senior Account Manager or Account Director, you will be a crucial strategic partner, leading key accounts, managing senior client relationships, and delivering insights that drive growth and innovation. You will oversee account profitability, guide campaign strategy, and ensure successful execution in line with each client’s unique objectives. You’ll be integral to maintaining strong client relationships, optimising account performance, and championing client satisfaction across the board.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, delivering insights and providing strategic direction across each account.
Account Oversight: Manage the full account lifecycle, including planning, execution, and growth, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
Financial Management: Oversee budgets and forecasts, maintaining accountability for P&L, and delivering on financial objectives.
Strategic Guidance: Provide expert advice on B2B demand generation, sharing industry insights, competitive positioning, and campaign innovation.
Campaign Execution: Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful development, implementation, and measurement of campaigns.
Presentations & Communication: Deliver impactful presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing results, insights, and strategic recommendations.
Data & Analytics: Utilise data to provide actionable insights, measure campaign performance, and guide decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Creative, Strategy, and Analytics, to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: 4-5+ years in B2B demand generation, ideally within an agency setting, with a track record in managing high-value accounts in the tech sector.
Client Expertise: Proven success in managing senior client relationships and guiding complex marketing initiatives.
Strategic Mindset: Strong understanding of B2B demand generation and the ability to advise clients on strategies aligned with their business objectives.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in marketing analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Communication: Excellent presentation and written skills, able to convey complex ideas effectively to clients and team members.
