We're Resolution Homes, a small residential developer with a straightforward approach — build well, work with good people, and take pride in what we deliver. We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Site Manager to take ownership of an exciting mixed scheme in Crawley, Witney, Oxfordshire.
THE PROJECT
5 New build units
3 Conversions
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Opening and running the site from day one — this is a hands-on role, not a desk job
• Managing and coordinating all trades across both new build and conversion works
• Operating a telehandler/forklift on site — a telehandler operative course will be provided and completed on site for the right candidate
• Managing environmental and community factors, including neighbour liaison and keeping a good relationship with those around the site
• Some manual work to assist trades where needed — we're a small site and everyone mucks in
• Occasional travel to other Resolution Homes sites during normal working hours may be required
• Maintaining programme, quality, and site safety standards throughout
• Liaising with contractors, warranty providers, and building control as required
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential new build and/or conversion projects
• Valid SMSTS and First Aid certificates required
• Forklift/telehandler licence desirable — if not held, training will be provided on site
• Comfortable working independently and getting stuck in alongside the trades
• Strong communicator who can keep a small site running smoothly, on programme, and on good terms with the local community
Competitive day rate · 9–12 month contract · Start date to be agreed
